Grandma’s Wall is a small family-run studio. This page says, in plain words, what information we get when you order and what we do with it.

What we receive

When you text us, we get your phone number and the photo you send. When you pay, we get your name and the address your portrait ships to. Your payment itself is handled by Stripe, a payment company. We never see or store your card number.

What we use it for

Only your order. Making your portrait, printing and framing it, shipping it, and texting you about it. Nothing else.

What we never do

We never sell your information, and we never sell or share your photos. We will never post your photo or your portrait anywhere, including as an example of our work, unless you tell us it’s okay.

Who helps us

A printing partner makes and ships your frame, so they receive the portrait file and the shipping address. Stripe processes your payment. Vercel hosts this website and provides website analytics.

How long we keep your photo

We keep your photo and portrait on file so reordering, or making another one later, is easy. If you’d rather we delete them, text us and we will.

This website

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand website visits and page views. It does not use analytics cookies, and we don’t use advertising trackers.
