The plain version of how ordering works and what you can expect.

What you’re buying

A portrait made from your photo, in the scene and size you choose, printed, framed, and shipped to the address you give at payment. The frame, shipping, and a digital copy are included in the price.

How it works

You text us a photo and tell us the scene and size. We send you a sample to look at. When you’re happy, we text you one payment link. We make your portrait once payment is complete.

Changes

Every order includes two free alterations if you’d like changes. Just tell us what to adjust.

Timing

Every portrait is made to order. Printing and delivery usually take 4 to 6 business days after your portrait is made, and we’ll text you when it’s on its way.

Damaged or wrong orders

If your portrait arrives damaged, or it isn’t what you ordered, text us a photo of the problem. We’ll reprint it or refund you.

Changing your mind

If you change your mind before we’ve made your portrait, tell us and we’ll refund you in full. Because each portrait is made to order from your photo, we can’t offer refunds once it’s been made, other than the damaged-or-wrong promise above.

Your photos

Please only send photos you have the right to share, like your own family photos.

Gifts

Sending it to someone else is fine. Just enter their address when you pay.
